By completing this purchase of services from MyVoile (the “Company”), Buyer agrees that he or she has read these terms and conditions, and that such terms and conditions shall govern all transactions between Buyer and the Company. Buyer acknowledges that the Company disclaims any and all express or implied warranties or representations regarding such services, other than those specifically set forth in writing and signed by the Company. Buyer further acknowledges that any and all guarantees regarding the services purchased by Buyer from the Company must be in writing and signed by the Company. Buyer acknowledges that all amounts tendered to the Company for purchase of services are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances set forth herein.
